   - Logic gates, combinational/sequential circuits, ADCs/DACs, PLDs, and VHDL basics.

   - Network theorems, two-port networks, filters, and transient analysis.

   - Transfer functions, stability analysis, PID controllers, Bode/Nyquist plots. 

3. *Microprocessors and Microcontrollers* 

   - 8085/8086/8051 architecture, assembly programming, interfacing peripherals.

   - Maxwell’s equations, wave propagation, transmission lines. 

5. *Engineering Mathematics-IV* 

   - Complex analysis, linear algebra, and optimization techniques.

*Semester V (Third Year – First Semester)*

   - PCM, digital modulation (ASK, FSK, PSK), error detection/correction.

   - SCR, TRIAC, inverters, choppers, SMPS, and applications. 

3. *VLSI Design* 

   - CMOS technology, FPGA, Verilog/VHDL, ASIC design flow. 

4. *Antenna and Wave Propagation* 

   - Antenna types, radiation patterns, microwave engineering.
