Building Self-Confidence

This interactive course empowers participants to overcome self-doubt, embrace their strengths, and cultivate lasting self-confidence. Through evidence-based strategies, group activities, and personalized action plans, learners will develop tools to thrive personally and professionally.

2. Identify and reframe limiting beliefs. 

3. Develop a growth mindset and self-compassion. 

4. Strengthen self-awareness through strengths identification. 

5. Improve assertive communication and body language. 

6. Build resilience against criticism and setbacks. 

7. Create a personalized confidence action plan.

- *Homework:* Journal about a recent self-doubt experience. 

 

*Week 2: Mindset & Belief Systems* 

- *Topics:* Fixed vs. growth mindset, limiting beliefs. 

- *Activities:* Reframe negative beliefs, CBT techniques. 

- *Homework:* Challenge one limiting belief daily. 

 

*Week 3: Self-Awareness & Strengths* 

- *Topics:* Identifying strengths (VIA Survey), embracing imperfections. 

- *Activities:* Strengths collage, group feedback. 

- *Homework:* Practice self-compassion meditations. 

 

*Week 4: Confident Communication* 

- *Topics:* Assertiveness, body language, vocal tone. 

- *Activities:* Role-plays (e.g., negotiating, saying "no").
