   - Basics of MS Office, Photoshop, and Illustrator for design. 

 

*Semester 2: Core Design & Production Skills* 

1. *Pattern Making & Draping* 

   - Flat pattern drafting, body measurements, and draping techniques. 

2. *Apparel Manufacturing Processes* 

   - Cutting, stitching, finishing, and quality control. 

3. *Fashion CAD (Computer-Aided Design)* 

   - Using software like *Adobe Illustrator, **CorelDRAW, or **Optitex* for digital pattern making. 

4. *Surface Ornamentation* 

   - Embroidery, printing (screen, digital), and embellishment techniques. 

5. *Fashion Merchandising Basics* 

   - Introduction to retail, pricing, and inventory management. 

 

*Semester 3: Advanced Design & Technology*
