Advanced Entrepreneurship and Family Business Strategies

- Canvas frameworks, pivoting strategies, scalability for startups and family firms.

2. Family Business Succession and Conflict Resolution

- Role of next-gen leaders, managing family disputes, professionalization.

3. Digital Entrepreneurship

- Cash flow management, fundraising, risk assessment.

5. Entrepreneurial Ecosystem

6. Research Methods

Summer Internship (Post-Semester 2)

8–12 weeks in startups, family businesses, or entrepreneurship-focused NGOs.

 

Year 2: Specialization and Practical Application
