Semester 1:

Foundations of Infrastructure Management

2. Infrastructure Economics

   - Macroeconomic drivers, cost-benefit analysis, public vs. private funding models. 

3. Project Management Basics 

   - Lifecycle phases, Agile vs. Waterfall methodologies, stakeholder management. 

4. Technical Aspects of Infrastructure

   - Basics of civil engineering, urban planning, and smart infrastructure (IoT, GIS). 

5. Financial Accounting for Infrastructure 

   - Budgeting, capital expenditure (CAPEX), financial reporting for large projects. 

6. Business Communication and Negotiation 

   - Stakeholder engagement, contract negotiations, public-private partnerships (PPPs). 

 

Semester 2:

Advanced Infrastructure Systems

2. Urban Infrastructure Planning 

   - Sustainable cities, transit-oriented development (TOD), master planning. 

3. Public Policy and Governance

4. Sustainable Infrastructure Practices 

   - Green building standards (LEED, GRIHA), circular economy, decarbonization. 

5. Electives (Choose 1–2)

Summer Internship (Post-Semester 2)
